§ 1

CATAMARIS® mediates on contracts between you and selected Naval Architects, Interior Designers and Yacht Building Shipyards.

§ 2

Catamaris® is your companion from the first contact, in personal talks and the coordination of your new building project, in the presentation of the shipyards, the specialists for electrics, electronics, propulsion, also Green Power, Rig & Sail as well as in talks with the naval architects and interior designers.

We support you in drawing up the building specifications with the architects and in preparing the offer for your new yacht and in concluding the building contract with the shipyard.

During the construction phase we monitor the progress of construction and report to you. We support you with the registration of your yacht as well as with the (possible) VAT and customs clearance with experts.

§ 3

The mutual rights and obligations arising from the contracts brokered by us are exclusively between you and the contracting parties.

§ 4

All our services according to §§ 1 to 2 are provided free of charge.

§ 5

Liability: We are not liable for slight negligence on the part of simple vicarious agents, unless they have breached essential contractual obligations. In all other respects, our liability is limited to the damage that typically arises in the event of a breach of duty of the type in question. These limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health.

§ 6

Place of performance is Bonn. If you are a merchant or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is Bonn.
